Customs goods presented (received) but not yet released for free circulation are placed in temporary storage. The customs guarantee with which the customs goods arrived will be released and from there the guarantee amount of our comprehensive guarantee will provide a guarantee until the customs duty are finally paid or the other customs fate of the customs goods is finally settled (eg forwarding to a non-EU country). The maximum storage period is 90 days.
